Located in Winchester just ten minutes from Hemet and Menifee and all major retail chains, just an hour and a half from LA and San Diego, and 50 minutes from Riverside, CA. The room is 10x10 with a closet and a shared full bath. The home is clean and well kept as well as quiet, perfect for anyone who works from home or is studying or just likes to sleep soundly. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly. You will have 1/3rd of the pantry space, and 1/3rd of the fridge and freezer. The home is on septic and propane.

I, the owner am looking for a solid, punctual, tidy, respectful roommate. I have two cats that are friendly and have room for another cat if you have one. I am a lesbian and expect all renters to be LGBTQ+ friendly. I work a 9-5 job monday through friday. I also stream a couple times a week during the day but if you work nights, I am practiced at being very quiet to allow for daytime sleeping. I am ok with guests coming over as long as I am warned ahead of time, and everything is returned to it’s prior cleanly state. I do not expect everything to pass a white glove test, but I do expect dishes to be done in a timely manner, spills and food debris to be wiped up, and the bathroom to be kept reasonably clean.

I have two cats and the other roomie has two small dogs. Please list any pets you may have so we can determine if this is a good fit.
