Home is located on quiet residential cul de sac in the Campbell Creek Community. Close to walking and bike trails and close to public transportation. The hospitals/university are within 2-3 miles from the home. We have 2 rooms available with private half bath and shared tub/shower in our house (co-ed) and 2 rooms available in my mother-in-law’s house next door to ours (females only-shared bathroom between 2 guests, mom has her own bathroom in her room).

There is no security deposit but we do require a $150 one time cleaning fee for the room turnover.

I am an RN at Providence Alaska Medical Center and my husband is a Purchasing Agent at Alaska Industrial Hardware. We enjoy partnered social dance and used to teach until the pandemic.
