Available room is 10.5ft x 9.5ft with the bathroom right next to the bedroom. Large shared space includes kitchen, main room, garage, and backyard/patio. Kitchen and main room are already furnished but there is space for additional furniture.

No utilities included in rent price with monthly total approx $150-175 per person (gas, water, electricity, & google fiber internet)

Hi, I’m Erik! I’m 29 and working in customer success a nonprofit tech company (work from home). I’m also a musician and play in a few bands in Austin. Very chill guy but I keep pretty active. No pets right now but I will be getting a dog in the late fall. I’m also a pretty clean person and need a roommate who can keep shared spaces relatively clean.
