Looking for a kind housemate for one working professional female (25 yo) in Milpitas. MUST BE okay with living with a small dog (1 female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). Single-family home is a 2 bed/2 bath and approximately 1,200 sq. ft. Comes with 2-car garage and plenty of street parking in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Features a nice park two blocks away, along with several courtyards and nice landscaping. Utilities after 50/50 split is roughly $200/month. Landlord pays for bi-weekly Gardener.

You can choose EITHER room and set-up to rent, and current tenant would reside in other room. Tenant would prefer to take the Master, but is open-minded:

1. $1,800/month - You rent the larger MASTER SUITE with private, large backyard access, along with the bathroom ensuite.
2. $1,600/month - You rent the smaller SECONDARY BEDROOM with a private, full hall bathroom. Your roommate will not use this bathroom or send guests to it. However, you would not have access to the large private backyard, as the only entrance is through the Master suite. A small patio space is available off the living room and can be sectioned off as yours.

Looking for:

• Someone who pays on-time (or even early) every month, as this is how the current tenant behaves
• Must have 720 credit or higher
• No pet allergies
• Non-cigarette smokers only as tenant has asthma
• Occasional 420 usage is OK, but must be outdoors only
• Please no heavy drinking at home. Light drinking is OK.
• Dog or cat is OK, as long as they are friendly and a non-aggressive breed
• Occasional overnight or daytime guests are OK, but with clear communication

Preference given towards:

• Fully remote (or hybrid) workers who express that they like pets.
• Someone who would be willing to let dog out/feed her a couple times a week or for vacations.
• Female or LGBT+ preferred, mid-to-late 20s.

Space is available starting December 1, 2023.

Current tenant is a Marketing Specialist and goes to grad school online at USC. She is 25, loves writing, watching TV shows, yoga, going to live concerts, photography, and editing videos. She has a long-term partner who stays overnight a few times a week who is polite, quiet, and always helps out with housework. Her FICO credit score is 794. She is looking for a roommate who is equally responsible, kind, supportive, and OK with maintaining the peace of the home as is.
