7th Avenue Northwest

Hello, It is a very nice house that was recently remodeled, has washer and drier, gas stove, and all the appliances are brand new. It is about 20 min from downtown (walking). The bus stop is at the end of the block and it has very close access to the bike lanes. I could start sharing the house before or after the date in the profile. The majority of house is already furnished but if you’d like to bring your own things that’s okay too.

Basically, I have been renting this house for the past year and I really like it. However, I am trying to move an hour away from Roch with my partner #lovewins and I would like to keep a room in the house in case I can’t or don’t feel like driving. I’d barely be there, so I need someone who can pay the majority of the rent. I know Rochester is getting super expensive so I figured I could pay a portion of the rent and give an opportunity to someone that is looking for a house but can’t afford a super expensive rent. If I can’t find a roommate I probably won’t be able to move with my partner and I’d stay in the house anyway 💔
