We are offering a room in the city of Rosemead, adjacent to San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Arcadia, and Pasadena, in a safe and peaceful neighborhood that is close to a park and grocery stores. Close to the 10 and 60 Freeways.

Room is unfurnished with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The room is roughly 12x12’ on the bottom floor so some footsteps noise to be expected. This is otherwise a quiet complex.

Available August 1, 2023. Could arrange sooner if needed. Lease period: month to month Price: $700 for rent, and $50 which includes all utilities; $750 total. To reserve the room, first month rent, and deposit of $750 is required. Total $1500 to move in. Comes with one parking space in driveway.
