It’s convenient place within 2 miles to Kingsooper, Walmart, Whole food, Safeway, ChuzeFitness, Bank, public service ….it’s easy to touch Freeway, Highway ( 25 mins to I-25 Denver, 28 mins to Highway-36 to Boulder, quickly to 287 Highway to Lafayette, Longmont , and 30 mins to DIA.). The house is remodel with everything furniture inside as bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen…..I have prepared laundry machine, dryer machine ,fridge, mattress for roommates. It’s very safe and quiet neighborhood, and location borders with 2 huge park that is good for people like outside activities.

I’m single guy ( 30 years old). To be honest, I’m not business my house, I just looking 2 roommates who is suitable with my lifestyle. I’m so friendly and easy because I had a long time renting room until got this house, that why I empathy my roommate. Hopefully, I can find a nice roommates who is none smoking, none drinking, clean, free drama, daytime working, and simple cooking. I’m generosity with food, supply for house.
