Fully furnished private room with ensuite full bathroom on the 2nd floor of a 4 bedroom recently renovated late 1800’s house. You would have shared access to the remainder of the house: kitchen, living room, office, additional bathroom off kitchen, and two dinning rooms.

Large driveway for off-street parking. All utilities included. Central air and heat. Laundry on first floor. No smoking.

Walking distance to a few nice restaurants and within a mile there are a few more restaurants, grocery store, CVS, liquor store, walking trails and 2 miles to the Mass Pike entrance.

We are a recently engaged couple (26 & 31) who work professionally Monday - Friday with a hybrid schedule. We typically keep the house clean and fairly tidy plus periodically have a cleaning service for bathrooms, kitchen and floors. We have no pets but are open to a roomie with a hypoallergenic dog due to allergy. We enjoy board games, crafting/building and glamping.
