Trinity's room

Second floor, shared, 3 bed 1 bath, apartment in Hamilton Acres for $900/mo all utilities included (heat, water, sewer, garbage, electric, and internet). The third room is a smaller, shared office space, and there is assigned parking and coin-op laundry on site. The lease would need to be signed by July 31 for move in on September 1.

My partner and I occupy the second room. We’re a couple of nerds who like to stay in and keep cozy, clean spaces.
