House is a 3/1 (one shared bathroom). Does NOT include cleaning - MUST SHARE IN KEEPING COMMON AREAS CLEAN!
No Smoking, No Drugs, No Pets, No Couple move-ins , No Loud Music, No Partying, No Overnight Guests. Please have proof of income. Start with a month to month agreement, will need 30 day notice if ending arrangement.
