It’s a two bedroom apartment with a balcony over looking The Black Box, its a short walk to the Capitol building, Denver Art Museum, and the Civic Center. Very nice and clean building with 24hr security, in building laundry, and a gym.

My name is Luca, I am Trans so if that bothers you then we probably won’t workout :) I’m looking for someone clean and responsible to take over my friends room for the rest of our lease until next May.
