Title: Private bed/shared bath for rent starting on August 1st in Ontario.

Seeking a clean, professional, 28 - 40 year old female, for minimum 7 month commitment to share a two bedroom and 1.5 baths. Must be okay with cats and dogs.

Location: This is a nice hidden gem in Ontario. The neighborhood is not much to look at but it’s a quiet and respectful neighborhood. Shared front yard. Convenience Market store is walking distance. Lots of shopping areas, parks, gas stations, and restaurants nearby.

Apartment details: Two story apartment with full kitchen with garbage disposal, and fridge. Living room area and half bathroom is downstairs. AC units in each room including living room. Bedrooms are upstairs and full bathroom. Upstairs is all carpet except for bathroom. Downstairs is all tile. Large private patio. Common areas are already furnished and you welcome to use my Disney Plus and more in the living room TV. You would get a parking spot with a covered roof.

Laundry room is located on premises, with one washer ($1.25) and one dryer (75¢). Only takes quarters. Landlords are understanding and maintenance is regularly done when needed.

How much?: $650 per month which includes private room with AC unit, shared bathroom upstairs, and a parking spot. Deposit is $625 so total due for move-in is $1,275. Application fee is $25 and credit check will be handled by the landlords. Utilities are included except for internet and electricity. Internet is $69 and depends on the season the electric bill can go from lowest $40 to highest $120, we split both equally.

Basic house rules: Must be okay with cats and dogs. I have one very friendly dog and two friendly and needy cats. No other pets are allowed unfortunately. No drugs, no smoking, no long-term house guests. Anyone staying longer that 2 nights will be considered a roommate and not allowed, unless discussed with me. I’m a chill person.
