ROOMMATE WANTED LARGE HOUSE TO SHARE Looking for a person to share house. September. Roommate moving in with his fiancé, so expected. Large house, utilities easy, 3 different levels, amazing backyard hardwood grove and deck. Peaceful. Great, safe, old neighborhood. Just about everything short distance drive, as in a mile or more all depending. Two car garage. Lake Lanier close. Walking trails. Need to clear with real estate who handles the lease. Lease and cost very reasonable, below that of apartments etc. Share yard work. I have everything needed for yard and maintenance. Writer (published over 750 works, so by writer I mean it is my life), retired Executive Chef, musician, love all forms of music, reader, contemplative, and keep late hours, day sleeper for the most part so privacy is easy. I don’t care about daytime noise or anything, live your life. Area for garden in back yard. Utilities and rent being 50/50, no need for utility deposit as they are all in my name.
