This second floor 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom (shared) Apartment is located in Duarte, CA off of Huntington Road. Rent is $1000 per month for a private bedroom with shared bathroom and utilities (including internet, electricity, water, and gas) come out to about $100/person every month. The security deposit is $1000. The kitchen is a modern open style with surface burners, and there’s plenty of refrigerator and freezer space for groceries.

There is Apartment Laundry facilities (in the building) that cost $1.00 per wash and $0.75 per dry. The landlord is very sweet and very handy.

My name is Aaron and I have had the absolute pleasure of living with my wonderful friend and roommate Gabriela for the past year and a half in our second floor apartment in Duarte. I’m actually relocating up north, and am looking for a roommate to take my room and live with Gabriela in our apartment. Gabriela is a beautiful soul, very neat, and the apartment is beautiful and fully furnished (The bedroom however is not fully furnished). She’s also set up a super cozy balcony with a couch and two tables for cute breakfasts.

Gabriela is 420 so she will need someone comfortable with that lifestyle, but honestly she is an amazing person and I was so lucky to find her on Roomies and get to become friends with her. Gabriela would prefer if someone would stay for at least a year and be willing to sign a roommate contract. Sincerely, I’m so glad I gave her a chance because we were random roommates, and now we’ve become great friends. Gabriela is quiet and leads a pretty introverted lifestyle but she is the sweetest!
