Sed's room

Currently looking to rent my extra room out. I stay in a quiet neighborhood. All bills are split down the middle which is only rent , electric, and Wi-Fi . 420 friendly no other drugs or animals allowed. Must be a clean person the house is to be cleaned on a weekly basis and you must have your own transportation to get around I work 2 jobs so I wouldn’t have the time to do that

I live alone no animals or extra people must supply your own food unless we go half on groceries
