Farallones Street

Hii, we currently have a 1 bedroom available. We have a shared kitchen and bathroom as well as a garden which we’ve grown many veggies but it’s still a work in progress, but yea everything is super chill we clean the house every week and sometimes more. We are all 420 friendly so smoking weed inside is allowed just no cigs, Room is already furnished with bed, tv, and closet exactly like the pictures, but you are more than welcome to re furnish it with your own items. We currently don’t have a living room but most of us are always either at work or school. We also have 3 little dogs who are super cute and quiet!! They usually stay in our rooms but sometimes roams around and sits in the sun outside:)) We have laundry washer and dryer in the garage free to use so no need to go to a laundromat. Parking can sometimes be available nearby during the day but night time there might not be. Rent is $1100 + utilities. Feel free to ask me any questions!! I’m looking to have it rent by mid september but any date could work!

About us, we are 3 females in a 4 bedroom home. We all either work or go to school nearby, honestly I hardly see the roomies just because of how much we are always out lol but we are all super chill, it’s very Student friendly if you are just starting ccsf or sfsu, both are very close by and bus stops are also pretty close by. Again we are all 420 friendly:)!!
