Access to the washer and dryer and kitchen. Utility bill is approximately $200 a month you would be responsible for half of that. Cable is furnished and internet. You would be responsible for your own food. No pets. Okay if you smoke there’s an outside area for smoking. Absolutely no alcoholics and no drugs. 420 okay
