Located only a 1 minute walk away from Buena Onda, Muggsys, Local refillery, etc etc! Utilities are not included in the rent but averages around $60 additional a month. Great location, backyard, and cute space.

Both of us are seniors in college so we are also looking for younger people. We both are pretty open to who moves in, as long as you are clean, respectful of eachothers space, and all the basics!
