Kyle's room

Currently looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with. Lease start date is August 1st. The apartment is recently renovated located in historic City Point. It is a pretty open concept layout with pretty big private rooms and hardwood floors, brand new kitchen appliances that are all stainless, and an in-unit washer a dryer. Apartment is also not furnished.

Utilities (gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi) are not included and will be paid on a monthly basis.

I am a recent college graduate from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. I am starting a job in North Haven. I am a clean and neat person and try to show that in the common spaces. I will be working Monday-Fridays and try to go to sleep relatively early, but do enjoy going out on the weekends.

Primarily looking for someone who respects common spaces and keeps them neat. Looking for someone who is a college student, young professional, and in their early or mid-20’s that I can get along with.
