Southeast 19th Street

My friend and I are renting a really nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house . FYI, the bathroom is shared with a male. The rent will be $800.00 a month plus $800.00 for last months rent, (not negotiable). We are paying for all of the utilities, pest control, and lawn care. You will have to provide your own bedroom furniture. You will have full access to the kitchen and living area. We have wifi and basic cable, which is also included. There are also 2 separate TV areas. There is also a screened in Lania. We have been through 2 hurricanes so we are always prepared. We have 2 generators and hurricane shutters for the windows.

We are just not roommates but we have been friends for over 15 years. I am a young 60 year old . Andy is a chef at FGCU, and I work at a country club full time. I love to paint and spend time we with my family. I do have 2 indoor cats that I love more then anything . They are very clean and pretty much well behaved. So if you are not an animal lover, then this is not the place for you! I am not sure how they would behave around new animals therfore I can’t accept other pets. We don’t smoke but I do vape. If you do smoke cigarettes , we have a screened in porch that you are welcome to use.
What’s most important to us is that if you choose to be our roommate, remember that this will be your home to. We want you to feel confortable and just be yourself. I am pretty outspoken….in a good way ! Communication is the key to a happy household.
