Single Bedroom with closet and shared bathroom is available for rent in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath newly constructed townhome. Living room is furnished with recliner couch and TV. In-house washer & dryer available. Rent is $775/month including utilities (Internet, electricity, water, trash etc). Two male roommates will share the upstairs bathroom. Iām looking for another male to occupy the room. There is a half bathroom downstairs that is available for everyone to use. Its nice gated community with amenities. Publix, Dominos and shopping complex right outside the community. Nearby Walmart, Sams club, buffalo wild wings and many restaurants.
Community features: Swimming pool, Basket ball court, Tennis court etc.
Commute: 10 minutes drive to Apollo Beach, 35 minutes to Tampa airport.
