Private bedroom/adjoining private bath for rent. This is an apartment complex with full facilities - laundry, pool, basketball courts, parking for one car, visitor parking. Looking for non-smoker, no pets, full shared use of dining room, kitchen, living room, storage in the private bedroom with private and adjoining bath, and nice patio. Great, fast maintenance in case of any apt repairs needed, which is rare.

I work from home in my own room/office, with my own separate bath. Quiet, busy, single woman, not looking for romance! I want a tenant who will pay rent on time, doesn’t smoke, no addictions. I speak a few languages and a language teacher. I am open to speakers of other languages. I am a clean person who asks for mutual respect of the common areas. The bedroom/bath for rent are entirely the renter’s responsibility to maintain. Please no over night guests or gf/bf regulars overnight.
