I have a private room I would like to rent. I have a ground floor condo with access to a pool and a lake. The bedroom has a closet, ceiling fan, shelving available, a full size bed with mattress/box spring, side table with lamp, a wall TV with a working Xfinity Flex device, ceiling fan, private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. There is free parking in our community. Free electricity, internet.

I am a woman with a pet cat. I work full-time Monday-Friday. No one else lives on the property. I prefer someone like myself who is clean and neat, non-smoker or drug user, non-drinker.
