C's room

It says Saginaw, but the address is Fort Worth. It is about 13 miles or 30 min to Downtown FtW. The house is 1411 sqft. The room is 11’x10’ and can be furnished if you desire. You will have your own bathroom and there is a full-size washer/dryer as well. The house is brand new and I will be adding amenities to the home as we go. You can park in the garage. There will only be one other roommate (me). Looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months and 12 months max. There is a $500 deposit, which is refundable less any damages. Lease will be month-to-month. I’m willing to negotiate on rent for the right roommate.

I work in tech and consider myself kinda geeky and I love cats. I work from home 4 out of 5 days and on Saturdays I work a very small part time job. I spend most of my days working on my house (it’s new, but I will be upgrading a few things). I will be starting school in Oct so I will be fairly busy soon. I am very clean, like neatness, respectful to all sorts of people, and quiet. I don’t smoke and prefer that you don’t as well. No smoking of any kind in the home. I have cats and prefer a roommate who loves cats as well.
