The rooms are available now, but I am willing to wait for the right roommate(s). I am looking for longer term renters, hopefully a year or more. -$1,200/month + utilities for one room, $1,500 month + utilities if one person wants to rent both bedrooms and use one as an office, utilities split equally between roommates

A bit about me: I am 31 and the head of the jewelry department and assistant buyer for a local business. I volunteer as a Research Assistant at a lab in the UW and write articles for a climate change blog. I love to travel, watch a good show, read a good book, learn something new, and I’m always up for new experiences!
