One private room available IMMEDIATELY and ALL INCLUSIVE (water, electricity, internet, trash & recycling) located in Carleton Place Townhomes. It is $850/month and comes unfurnished, but I can help furnish it if need be. The lease will end July 31, 2024. Your end date can be flexible in the sense that if you wanted to be let off early, you can communicate that with me and we can work together for find a replacement that is suitable to the other tenant and myself. I have completely furnished the downstairs with a dining table, sofas, a TV, all kitchen items, etc. There is designated space for you to make yourself at home in the downstairs common areas.

This is perfect for someone who spend a lot of time at UNCW or a young professional. We are adjacent to UNCW and 15 mins to both historic downtown and Wrightsville Beach! There’s a community pool and street parking for visitors.

I have a dog. She is hypoallergenic. She is very sweet; loves cuddles and attention. I’m looking for a clean, earth/eco friendly tenant. I really enjoy going to the beach and want to spend the rest of the summer learning to surf. I go out on rare occasion, but nothing crazy so I don’t want anyone who is a crazy partier. I enjoy cooking and entertaining, so a super clean kitchen and living space at all times is super important to me.
