About the room
Hello!
I will be moving, so I have a bedroom and private bathroom available in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The lease is set to expire on January 3rd, 2024. My roommate will also be moving out soon, so let me know if you have anyone interested in moving in as well (she also has a bedroom and private bath)!
I am looking to move out as soon as possible. I am even willing to include my full size bed, a drawer, and a desk for free if you choose to take over the lease!

The rent is $1750 a month (not including utilities). Location is at the Estancia Apartments near the Levi’s Stadium.

About the roomies
My roommate is a 26 year old female who is also looking to move out soon. She has 2 puppies, but she is looking to move out within the next month, so they will not be at the apartment for long. Let me know if you have a friend who also looking for a place!
