David's room

The property is located in St. Louis Park near Excelsior Blvd and Highway 100. The house is 1,800sf. The bedroom downstairs is a 200sf fully furnished room with a queen sized mattress + bedding, side tables, dresser, chair, 43“ smart TV, mirror and features a large closet. The family room(350sf) off the private bedroom could be your personal space to watch your favorite streaming services on a 65“. Streaming services provide: Direct TV, MAX, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu. There is a 3/4 private bathroom off the family room for your use.

There is an in house washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully furnished with an insta pot, dehydrator, blender, food processor, 2 ovens, microwave/air fryer, stove top, stainless steel cookware and cast iron cookware.

David works in the Architectural Profession designing, detailing and overseeing the construction of buildings. In his free time, he enjoys climbing, biking, golfing and skiing.

Jess works in the Aviation Industry flying passengers around the Country. She enjoys gardening, yoga and cooking/baking. On weekends when we are both free, we try to head up to the cabin in the spring/summer/fall seasons.

We are both quiet, clean and charismatic people offering a positive and clean environment to relax after work.
