Campbell's room

-I am looking for a roommate to share a double with this upcoming year (starting September 1st, 2023). The room is super big 14x13 and could easily fit a full bed if you wanted as well as whatever else your heart desires -Rent: $648/ month with Wi-Fi included; water, sewage and trash: ~$20 apiece; PG&E: depends on the month but can range from $30-50. -You will need to pay an application fee of $58, but I am happy to cover it if needed! -Super cheap laundry ($1 for wash and $1 for dry), a spa, pool, and a study room if you so choose to use it. -If you have a car, there are parking passes that are available (2 per unit, I am using one and you are free to have the other if you have a car) Right next to the G and J line bus stop and a 3 min walk to the Yolobus -Right next to the Marketplace which has Safeway, CVS, and a variety of other stores and restaurants. We also have a patio with a lock so you have a safe place to keep your bike if you have one or just sit outside :)

You would be living with me, my housemate (we are both females going into our 4th year at UCD), and my 2 cats! I am a biosci student minoring in forensic entomology and working in a vet lab on the campus. I’m pretty mellow, and when I’m not studying, I’m usually crocheting or trying to revive my plants. The other housemate is a cinema major, so if you like movies, you have some to chat with!
