Ping's room

2-bedroom townhouse next to Walmart on Madison street, central AC, washer and dryer included. Bills (water/internet/trash/landfill) included. We may need to split electricity bill depending on usage. The main bedroom is slightly bigger with more closet space. Currently the 2nd bedroom has only been used as storage. Depending on your need, we can arrange the room and furniture accordingly.

I am used to simple life styles. Do stay up late and flexible with my schedules and in general accommodating. Not smoking/vaping and prefer the same. I enjoy cooking but usually with slow cooking only and use limited kitchen space and clean promptly afterwards and would expect similar oil/smoke-free way of cooking. Prefer Asian language speakers.
