16.4x 12 ft. room with walk in closet for rent on first floor of two story townhouse to share with one other person. The bathroom would be shared by you and any guests. I rarely use it. Use of kitchen and laundry. There is also an extra fridge/freezer in the garage for use if we need it. Price includes gas, electric, water, trash, soft water system as well as WiFi. I also have cable and can add service to the bedroom if you have a tv (room currently doesn’t have a tv). Room is for one person only. No smoking, drugs and no pets though I have 2 cats and very rarely have a couple dog visitors so must like animals!
