Currently renting two rooms: one furnished & one room unfurnished, both located on the second floor, both share a bathroom with separate vanity sinks. The furnished room rents for $1250 and the unfurnished room for $1100. Both require a refundable security deposit of $900.

We are located in an upscale Calavera Hills neighborhood within walking distance to hiking and biking trails and neighborhood parks. We are also a short driving distances to malls, grocery stores, Walmart/Target and many restaurants.

Only 5 minutes to the 78 and 5 Freeways, and 5 minutes. to downtown Carlsbad Village and local beaches.

FYI, Most utilities are included, wifi, trash and water, however, the monthly electric & gas bill (SDG&E) will be divided among all 4 roommates. Also, a $900 refundable security deposit will need to be paid in advance of the move in date in order to secure and hold the rooms.

About us and what we are looking for:

I am a 50 + year old master-tenant, renting 3 additional bedrooms in a spacious, nicely decorated, 3,000 sq foot home. I am currently renting to two other twenty-something female professionals that are moving out of the area at the end of January. We have a 4 year old, small, male rescue, short haired pup who lives with his owner on the bottom floor. As well as an older male cat that primarily stays in my room. One small dog will be considered if well tempered, potty trained and is well groomed.

Lastly, we are only seeking professional females that work full-time outside of the home and NOT remotely. However, part-time students that attend in person classes, as well as work part-time outside of the home will be considered also. Also, this is a one person only occupancy. No couples will be considered.

We have easy going personalities, share a chill vibe, and live in a home that is pleasant and free of negativity. We are kind, respectful, considerate and honest women, looking for female roommates who are similar in demeanor. The ideal roommate for us would be very respectful, cleanly, professional, honest, and willing to compromise as needed.

We work full-time jobs during the week as well as on weekends. We share the common areas of our home, including; the kitchen, family room, dining room, formal living room as well as an upstairs laundry room.
