Furnished room, excluding television. Utilities are included in rent. Nice area with food, restaurants, and many work places near. About 40 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 30 minutes from the University of South Florida, and about 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport. Parking is either available on the street, or in the driveway. Bathroom is shared with other residents.
