Hi All! We are looking for 1 more roommate ( preferably female ) for this beautiful home with 4 rooms and two baths just ten minutes from downtown. You’ll get 1 private unfurnished bedroom and 2 shared bath We’re charging $450 per room + a flat $135 for utilities which includes water, electricity, gas, lawn care, and pest control.

There are currently 3 roommates, two males and one female. They are all wonderful humans and we are pretty sure you would love them as roommates.

More about the house: It’s a three-story home located in the historic northeast neighborhood. Your room will be on the second floor. The house has a nice front porch, fenced-in backyard, large dining room, living room, kitchen, one upstairs and one downstairs bathroom and a washer and dryer in the basement. Common areas like the dining room and living room are furnished, including the kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave oven, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The downstairs bathroom has a bathtub where you can soak after stressful work. There is ample space for street parking.

Our home is next to Budd Park where you can take a stroll after your hard day’s work. We’re 10 minutes from downtown and River Market and minutes away from Cliff Drive. It is easily accessible by RideKC buses that go to downtown and River Market. Our neighbors are pretty diverse and family friendly.

We are interested in renting to creative folks who are community-oriented with common interests such as travel, social justice, music, arts, literature, and the environment. The ideal candidate is professional, clean/tidy, has a stable work history, and respects others including neighbors.

We’re NOT accepting tenants with pets. Only serious inquiries only.
