Speaking on how nice the house areas and hosts are, one of our roommates said…it is like living in a Bed & Breakfast… but you make your own breakfast. While we don’t regularly provide breakfast, we do provide our guests with a clean beautiful home and the consideration you only normally encounter from your best of friends.

As of July 25th, we will have large room available for rent. It is in a new hilltop community overlooking the Rubidoux valley 8 miles west of UCR(11 minute drive), 6 miles (10 minutes) from downtown Riverside and 10 miles east of Ontario International Airport. The hilltop location provides spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy them either from your window or just outside our gate which leads to miles of interconnected wilderness trails and wildlife.

Our beautifully decorated new home has all the upgrades: hardwoodfloors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, etc. The house is complete with a backyard Jacuzzi/spa, BBQ island and terrace as well as 5G wireless internet with 2 shared HDTV rooms. Of course, you would have FULL HOUSE PRIVILEGES and your GUESTS ARE WELCOME. We also have a office that can serve as a guest room and a loft we often use as a guest bedroom also.

Your 11 x 13 bedroom is upstairs with a large 8 x 6 walk-in closet measuring a total of 216 sq ft for just your private room. The room is provided furnished but you could also be allowed you to furnish it as you like. Your shared bathroom has dual vanity with separate shower/toilet room and is shared with a 32 year-old female executive who would prefer to share the bathroom with another female. You would be sharing the new 3200 sq ft home with a happy couple and another female professional. While there is always ample parking in this quiet upscale neighborhood, parking in the garage is also an available upgrade.

We promise to maintain an atmosphere that is always friendly, fun, considerate and clean. While the owners do the house chores, we ask only that you clean after yourself and your guests. Rent is $785 and 1/5 the utilities per month with a month-to-month lease. We also have solar-power so you and our planet isn’t paying an electric bill.
