Kym's room

The house is in NW Albuquerque, with a large backyard. We have 2 small adorable dogs who will want your attention and a cat (who does not roam the house); the house cannot handle any more pets. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and the bathroom is mostly yours. (It is the only one downstairs so may occasionally be used by guests or in emergencies;-)). You have full access to the downstairs: living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry. All utilities are included, as well as WiFi and several streaming services. There is parking in the driveway, but no storage space in the garage. We probably have every kitchen appliance, tool or spice you could want and you will have your own cabinet. We are mellow, liberal, and LGBT. For all of our safety, we ask that you don’t bring lots of strangers to the house. There is no smoking.

I am the homeowner: middle age female who works from home (in my room). There is also a 25 yr old female and another 25 yr old who occasionally stays at the house in their own room.
