Glenloch Drive

We live at the northeast edge of Fort Collins along the road up to ault. We are approximately 18 minutes away from campus. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 master, one shared), a garage, a washer and dryer, a large driveway. We live next to a small natural area. Your room might come partially furnished with a bed depending on the choices of the departing roommate. (please note that the bed in the photo is not the bed you would receive, there is going to be some shuffling of stuff around as we sort things out.)

Me and Nate are both engineering students at CSU. The house is normally calm and quiet and we don’t have parties at the house. When we are actively in the house together we tend to goof around. We value mutual respect of property, time, and boundaries. We also try to be as communicative as possible about house issues, responsibilities and plans. We unfortunately cannot accept pets at this time and would prefer non-smokers.
