Private bedroom with bathroom closet in bathroom , toilet & shower . Bathroom has a small sliding door leading directly to the pool . Room is 12ft X 12ft with a closet , well lit & also has another sliding door leading out to the pool . Big fenced in backyard with a pool & lanai . Lanai furniture , daybed is nice to relax in ! Big driveway with a U turn and 2 spaces in front of garage . Kitchen is updated , washer dryer in laundry room . Kitchen table and nice altari couch in living room with 75“ tv . Bar stools at kitchen island and open concept all leading back out to the pool . Will be updating the pool in the next few months also since I got a new lanai cage last year .

Only myself living in the home . I work Monday - Friday sometimes Saturday and keep my house very clean . I don’t have many people over ever .
