About the room
Large (unfurnished) room located on the lower level of a new 4k sq ft home in a quiet safe Littleton neighborhood with quick access to highways, mountains, water activities, stores, restaurants, breweries, etc. Owners live upstairs.
The home backs to open space and has a separate door to get to the lower level, it is 2k sq ft down there with large living room with 65in TV, couch, ping-pong table, a full second kitchen, second laundry room, and bathroom (shared with one female tenant).
Tenant has free access to the Fitness center and pool in Sterling Ranch.
No smoking anywhere on premises including vaping, e-cig, or marijuana, etc. one individual only.
No pets. Background and credit check. Month to month (starting April) with ability to extend long term.
About the roomies
We are a lesbian couple in our 40’s with 2 dogs and mostly occupy the main floor of our home. We are often gone on the weekends and both work full-time during the week.
We rent one of the downstairs rooms out currently to a female in her mid 20’s who works full-time.
