Beautiful apartment located on a quiet street in the East End. Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, lots of sunlight. Old fashioned claw foot tub. Shared laundry in the basement. Shared yard, great for gardening. Unofficial off street parking = think snow bans!!! Private deck. First floor, but up high on a foundation so feels safe. Quiet street, with an ocean breeze. You can smell the salt in the air. A five minute walk to the old port.

Furnished throughout, except for your rooms. I have a full sized mattress available if wanted. You’ll have two bedrooms, both with closets. Open to a couple or single parent.

Overall vibe = peaceful, lush, artists cottage tucked away from the chaos of urban living!

Utilities will be shared. I moved in at the end of June. I have no idea what heat will cost but the windows are all new except for a bay window in my bedroom. I anticipate the cost of shared rent, CMP, Spectrum Internet, Unitil (gas stove), and oil - to total around $1500 each a month. Split 3 ways ($1000 each) if shared with a couple. Negotiable with a single parent.
