Great, West Knoxville location, exactly 1 mile off I-40 exit, 9 mi to downtown, 7.5 miles to University of Tennessee, 26 mi to Oak Ridge and 45 mi to Gatlinburg. Plenty of restaurants and retail shopping nearby.
About the roomies
Husband and wife of 30+ years and a very affectionate 5 year old black Lab mix, JoJo that live here. We are empty nesters and our adult children visit occasionally. Home was renovated 6 years ago including a new kitchen, and new bathrooms. We love to get Jojo out to the dog park to swim. We have started a small flower and vegetable garden and would love to expand to include an urban food landscape. We are children of the ‘60s so we’re pretty laid back, no tobacco use or excessive alcohol use on property.
