I moved in January, ended relationship with live-in girlfriend shortly after move; I have no long-term plans to stay in Columbus past February, so looking to cut costs. I would need to meet you before you move-in. If it seems like a good fit, I can provide more photos/a tour of the place.

Two floors. Fully furnished, less than a minute walk to the pool. Walking distance to Easton is about 3 minutes. Marble countertops. 2.5 baths. Complex has a gym on-site.

No drugs, no smoking. I have a pet cat; dogs are a dealbreaker, if you’d like to add a cat, you’d have to discuss with management group.

I’m open to living in the master bedroom or the smaller guest room. Price varies depending on which you would prefer.

I work from home, and keep a clean house. I go to the gym daily and spend much of my remaining free-time reading, gaming, or out with friends. I am also pursuing my master’s degree online. I need a clean, responsible roommate because of this.

I do occasionally have friends stay from out-of-town. They are all clean, not noisy.
