Spring Hill Apartments in Shelby Township, MI

I’m looking for a roommate to sign a lease with for a 2-bed 2-bath unit at Spring Hill Apartments. It’s a nice area with an indoor pool and indoor gym open all year round. We would split everything 50/50, so the rent amount for each would be $564 per month, plus the gas and electric bills would be split in half.

General rules with me are:

-Cleanliness, keep your personal room, bathroom, and the common areas clean

-Punctuality, rent and utilities will be paid on time, no exceptions

-No ‘Nightclubbing’, meaning there will be no extremely loud music playing at all odd hours of the day/night, no smoking of any kind; no cigarettes, weed, or vaping, and certainly no other illegal narcotics or drug paraphernalia, and no strangers coming in and out of the house unnecessarily

I like pets and am ok with them, but you would have to cover the cost of the pet deposit, which the lease says is a one-time fee of $200. I’ve attached some photos from that I took from when I toured the place, and some photos of the flyer I received.

The world is a chaotic place, and so I will try to the best of my ability to make my home a peaceful and calm oasis.
