Hailey's room

Room located in luxury apartment complex. Gym, 4 pools with hot tubs included. Property is well maintained and gated with fob entry. Near I-17, and 101 in North Phoenix. Parking is first come first serve for unreserved spaces with abundant parking on property. All bills are split down the middle since you will have the master and private bath, and she has the assigned parking (more parking is available).

I am looking for someone to take my spot. A single faithful woman under 35 is preferred. She is a weight-lifter lady who is tidy and enjoys a nice drink on occasion. Typically out of the house and starting work this year as a middle school teacher. She is easy to live with. Very transparent and respectful. She always pays bills on time. We split chores evenly. I hope you’d take good care of her in my stead.
