About the room: $1500
The room base rent is $1500, and the master also pays electricity and Wi-Fi which usually brings it to around $1600-1700 total. This isn’t a fixed number, and will obviously depend on the utilities cost.

About the apartment:
- first floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom
- The only other person here is me (26 y/o working professional)
- Apartment is mostly furnished since I’ve lived here for awhile now, so the living room photos look bare but it’s much nicer now ☺️
- Walking distance from downtown Mountain View Castro Street
- Walking distance from Safeway
- Walking distance to CalTrain, 4 minutes away from the 101 North and 101 South so commuting is simple
- large open space with living room and electric fireplace, dining area, kitchen with lots of storage space
- Private backyard/patio with a gate that leads out to the street. Also have a good sized storage area with a lock outside
- safe/quiet street close to restaurants, bars, and stores on Castro street. Plenty of parking in complex lot and on the street.
- Complex has a small exercise room and sauna, multiple pools, multiple laundry rooms that take card/Apple Pay
