Seek roommate in Santa Clara. Lots of space, light and airy multi level home with yard, indoor laundry, wifi, updates, plants, HWF’s and plenty of convenient street parking.
Private: Large 12 x12 room, room tv hook up (byo tv), furnished or unfurnished. Full bathroom upgraded in hand masoned stone. Shared spare room for storage- the whole level is yours to live in along with full kitchen and household privileges.
Month to month lease, $75/mo for wifi and other utilities.
Anticipate a 1 yr+ long term rental, but lease will technically be month to month.
This has been an allergen / pet free home for years but I’m open to a well behaved pet companion with some rent/deposit and dog: doggie door.
Require good credit and income/ability to pay & background check.
