Looking for 1 female roommate in a 2b/2b apartment 1 mile from the UMN Crookston campus. I work a lot of hours, and prefer my space stay fairly neat, but I am not a total clean freak and just need someone who is easy to share a space with.

• Modern finishes with lots of storage, in-unit laundry and garage unit large enough for 2 mid-sized cars
• Spare bedroom is unfurnished
• Split utilities & internet
• No additional pets. 1 black lab lives in the unit

I work for the University and am looking for another young professional, but would be open to a student as well.
