3 bedroom/1 bathroom house very close to UNM campus. Looking for another roommate to rent out the second largest bedroom to. Lots of storage in the house including a 1 car garage/shed. No carpet, tile and wood floor only. Washer and dryer included, dishwasher, AC. Large enclosed backyard. The bedroom is unfurnished, furniture shown in the photos are the landlord’s and won’t be in the house. Tenants split utilities including electric and gas and the landlord pays up to $50/ month of water.

I am a new graduate student at UNM. I am moving into this house at the beginning of August. My boyfriend is on the lease with me, but he will be traveling for work between ABQ and Houston and will be at the residence probably less than 50% of the time. We have two sweet male cats.
