Looking for 1-2 roommates or a couple for two open bedrooms. My home is a 2 minute drive from Barber Park, a short drive to Lucky Peak, and about 15 minutes from the middle of downtown. This home and neighborhood are beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located for easy access/drives to outdoor adventures and fun times in Boise. Rent for a single room is $900, an office space or private room would be additional depending on which one. As I am looking for two roommates you would likely be sharing a bathroom - unless you want to rent both bedrooms. I have a furnished guest room that will be available for visiting friends (or you if you need a furnished room). Big TV with surround sound, Xbox one, nice gas grill, gas fireplace, cabinet smoker, and a lot of of cooking equipment. We would split utilities (you’d pay a little less on water-I have a pretty extensive garden in the backyard). Please note I am not cannabis or other illicit substances - friendly, no judgement, but it’s a deal breaker for me. I am an account executive in the tech space and work remotely from my house. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, the shooting sports, weight training, and hosting small groups to watch MMA events. I have two puppies and as that’s the maximum permitted by the HOA so I cannot welcome any additional pets.
