Wooden floor is brand new. Walls newly painted. Private bathroom, rarely shared. House is very clean, and you have access to kitchen and have your own refrigerator. You also have access to washer and dryer once a week. You have access to big backyard for relaxation and bbq. Plenty of street parking available. Internet only for 39“ TV in room. Monthly rent $800 (that’s $26.6 a day!!!) No work-from-home tenants.

I’m a very friendly man who minds his own business. I am very respectful of others’ privacy. Work in an office, hence not in the house all the time. I spend time with my son on weekends. I keep my house very clean and expect my tenants to do the same with their room and shared spaces.
